I get you to explore the actual indicator hirers use to assess you. Together, we work deeply with your cognition, rather than follow cookie-cutter prototypes that many online blogs or  less experienced coaches offer.  Because it is much more than simply regurgitating template answers. Nor is it about drifting or circumnavigating to fill gaps while sitting looking confident. It is about your genuine ability to perform live, tactically and on-target.

You will ‘take the interviewer by the hand’ and lead them to where you need them to be. You will build trust: successful interviewing is about subtly inviting the interviewer to visualise you already performing the role or delivering to target. 

From timid grads to dead-wood mid-lifers to high-calibre executives, I have methodologies to convert you into a strong, credible and persuasive interviewee. There are no silver bullets so you cannot gain these skills by reading a webpage. Learning to interview well is achieved via guided live practice with reflection.
